Tribal Painted Designs for Black Panther

Hand-painted columns and carved doors in rust red, ochre and teal, aged with grime and wear so they read on camera as an old but VERY awesome city..

Oh yeah- this is in Atlanta, but if you’ve ever heard of a little movie called Black Panther- then you know this is WAKANDA! You saw it on screen for as long as you could, I arrived at 6am here everyday for 2 and a half weeks… Painting funky tribal designs on columns, and on buildings, even on beams above my head you never even saw.

Yes y’all, I literally had lunch in Wakanda watching badass graffiti artists make amazing art on the walls that we (of course) aged.

And yes my initials were sprayed on a stairway. MEC!
